Andrea Hansen is the Head of Product at Stae, a startup that provides cities with tools to monitor and track trends in the urban environment by compiling data from sensors, smart devices, and apps such as Uber and AirBnB. She is also the Founding Principal of Fluxscape, which focuses on data visualization, mapping, and web applications for community and urban projects. Outside her professional practice, Andrea is the editor of Visualizing Systems, an online catalog that investigates how we map data to understand complex networks.
